Last year, I shared with some of my favorite things I’d ordered from Amazon. Well, I’m excited to bring it back this year with a beauty edition! Check out these items purchased and recommended by yours truly.

1. Under Eye Gel Patches

These Grace and Stella under eye masks are like energy drinks for your eyes and given you can slap them on whilst doing laundry or whatever else throughout the house means they are easy to fit into your routine. These are my favorite brand and I keep them in the fridge so they are extra cold when I apply them in the mornings. Three packs work out to $12 each so these are also cool stocking stuffers.

2. Neutrogena Hydro Boost Masks

Ok, so this is not a sparkly magical item that I would expect to be in my order page but have you tried these Neutrogena Hydro Boost masks? From someone who gets lots of peels, these things are incredibly impressive for hydrating skin! What makes these even better is that you don’t have to lie down to use these. Pop them on after washing your face and continue on with your morning routine while they work their magic. After removing, complete your skincare routine as normal. These are awesome for the winter to give skin an extra boost of hydration (or after using retinol). Plus, you can get a 10 pack for $25 so they work out to $2.50 each. Can’t beat that!

3. Lip Masks

Whatever Laneige is doing, they are doing it right! This lip sleeping mask is incredible and results in hydrated lips every morning. Vitamin C and antioxidants will do all the work… all you have to do is put it on and go to sleep! These Jakivu lip shaped masks are also fun, especially for stockings this Christmas.

4. Drunk Elephant Skin Kit

If you haven’t tried Drunk Elephant, you are in for a treat. This Night Out kit gives you travel size products to try and comes in an adorable bag. I have nothing bad to say about this line of products. They also have this 6.0 kit. Both are 30 day supplies so you can really give it a good trial run!

5. Massaging Face Roller

Okay, so long story short, I inadvertently received a face roller last year and kind of rolled my eyes but threw it in my bathroom drawer. It was one of those items that came with a face cream I bought as an extra gift. I later read that when using serums, face rollers are an excellent way to work the product into your skin and remembered I had one. I was not prepared for how great this feels! These are designed in such a way to massage and apply pressure to just the right spots (such as the temple). When the one I had broke earlier this year (from daily use!), I upgraded to this Yeamon Electric Face Roller as it vibrates while I roll and honestly, it’s probably the most bougie thing I’ve ever purchased for myself but I truly enjoy it and do think products are encouraged to absorb better into the skin when using it! It comes in a beautiful gift box if you’d like to gift it! If you want to start simple, I recommend this Kimkoo Natural Jade Stone set which is what I started out with!

6. Tweezer Set

I don’t know why I can’t ever find tweezers and when I do, I don’t know why they’re not any good. I finally got tired of it and bought this Pefei professional stainless steel tweezer set and this Tweezer Guru set (yes, I bought six pairs of tweezers). I have one in my bathroom bag, and a designated place in the bathroom for the rest. I now have good tweezers available anytime I need them.

7. Living Proof Advanced Dry Shampoo

I am part of the cult who only wash their hair once every 7-10 days. This dry shampoo by Living Proof is amazing for in between washes. I’ve used several brands in the past and this is by far the best. Another alternative is Moroccanoil dry shampoo which comes tinted for darker hair and the Batiste brand is always a good go to.

8. Living Proof Complete Hair Care Mini Set

I am a big fan of Living Proof and these kits are excellent for traveling or trying out the products without paying for the full size bottles. I mean, who wants to commit to full bottle sizes if you don’t even know if you love it? While I have no doubt anyone would love Living Proof, these are awesome and are available for three different hair types. Hello Hydration, Plump Up, and Hair Repair make for excellent stocking stuffers!

9. Kate Somerville Try Me Kits

I highly recommend giving the celebrity favorite dermatologist, Kate Somerville, a try! She has cool little kits so you can give her products a whirl to see if you like them. The ExfoliKate set is one of my favorites and gives radiant skin. I also love the Retinol kit to firm and brighten skin. I’ve used both and recommend these products.

10. Infused Body Sponge

I don’t know why these infused body sponges are so great but they are already infused with a rich creamy soap so all you have to do is wet them and squeeze and you are ready to bathe. They last for 14 washes so these have completely replaced my body wash when I travel and leave me more room in that quart ziplock bag for other liquids. I recommend Eucalyptus Rain!

11. 10-Second Water Color Eyeshadow

I received this Kosas 10 Second Eyeshadow in my FabFitFun box and have never used a powder eyeshadow since. Really. It’s life changing… apply, smear and dries so that it looks like a powder. I’ve been impressed for a year.

12. Magnetic Eyelashes

I don’t know about everyone else, but I never had success with traditional glue eyelashes. They never stayed on and were always irritating to my eyes. I must not have been the only one because enter magnetic lashes; the future of eyelashes. Try the Reazeal kit which comes with five pair at different lengths. This makes for a fun gift as well! For me, this is not an everyday item but I like snapping them on when I go out for a quick glam up before I walk out the door.

13. New Perfume

Are you still using Tommy Girl? Isn’t it crazy how we find a scent we like and then that’s what we buy for the rest of our lives? One of the best things I’ve ever done for myself was buy a couple of high end perfume trial size kits to test out new scents. I now have six or seven that I love. These also make nice gifts OR you could split them up and put one in each stocking. Try out the Victoria’s Secret 6 piece Discovery Kit, the Victoria’s Secret 12 Days of Discovery Kit, the Dolce and Gabanna Kit, or the Giorgio Armani kit.

14. The Best Body Exfoliator I’ve Ever Used

KP Body Scrub Exfoliant aka magic scrub was recommended to me by my waxer and I am legit impressed! Not only does it have the grit of a traditional exfoliator, it has 10% AHA so it chemically exfoliates in addition to manually exfoliating. My legs have never been so smooth! I seriously love this and will always have it in my shower. It’s powerful so a weekly treatment will be plenty to keep you exfoliated.

15. Disposable Hydrating Overnight Socks

These disposable hydrating socks are awesome! My favorite thing to do is wear these the night after I’ve had a pedicure, and use them frequently throughout the winter to keep my tootsies soft and silky. With Shea butter, Jojoba Oil and Vitamin E, you can’t get a better hydrating experience!

16. Disposable Hydrating Hand Masks

These Disposable Hydrating Hand Masks are a 10 minute healing miracle for dry hands. I used them once and was hooked afterward, especially in the winter when my skin goes into dehydration mode. There’s only so much water a girl can drink before some additional backup is needed and these gloves do the trick. At $3, this is a perfect stocking stuffer.

17. Decorative Hair Pins

I have a stash of hair pins and I’m happy to share where I got them. Let me just say, I don’t know why I wasn’t throwing one of these in my hair everytime I walked out the door my whole life. I wear my hair down 95% of the time and adding one of these decorative hair pins really just gives a put together look. I also have this set and this one!

18. Brazilian Bum Bum Cream

Believe the hype. Brazilian Bum Bum Cream is the ultimate body cream that leaves skin more silky than any other cream I’ve used. I can’t verify if it tightens, but boy does it smooth… you’ll feel like a queen after applying this.

19. Hair and Multi Vitamins

SugarBear offers this 30 day hair and multi-vitamin kit to try to get some essential vitamins in your system to start the day. I rotate these with Wellthy and Teami.

20. Creamo Shaving Cream

Talk about a luxury! This Creamo Shaving Cream is the best I’ve ever used! It’s a concentrated cream that you rub into wet skin that allows for a super close shave.

21. Foot Peel Mask

I know I mentioned this Foot Peel Mask in my previous Amazon blog but because it’s beauty related, I have to list it here! Do this once a month for baby soft feet. Seriously. It’s shocking the amount of dead skin this mask removes!

22. XL Loofas

Did you know that loofas are sized by grams? These loofas are 75g and considered XL and the bright white will go with any bathroom to provide for a clean look. Loofas are not something I think to replace frequently, so take this opportunity to upgrade yours or add them to stockings. At $4 each, they are a nice touch to compliment other beauty items!

12/15/2022 UPDATE: I no longer use loofahs due to them being so susceptible to harboring bacteria and now use these silicone body scrubbers. To learn more about the magical world of silicone, check out this blog post.

23. Deep Cleansing Pore Strips

I don’t care who you are; you will never convince me that these are not effective when I can see the results with my own eyes! These Biore deep cleansing pore strips are a weekly necessity for me and you can bet I won’t be mad if they’re in my stocking. If you haven’t tried the ones with witch hazel and tea tree oil, you’re missing out!!

24. Collagen Peptides

At $1.80 each, these travel collagen peptide packets are awesome to sprinkle throughout stockings or just buy them for your own use! These have no flavor and can be added to any drink; coffee, juice, or just water. I buy the huge container for my pantry but these are better for stockings and if you’re not familiar, these are amazing for skin and hair! Plus, Jennifer Aniston advertises for them and that’s enough said.

25. Disposable Washcloths

From someone who washes their face every morning and every evening, I was going through a lot of wash clothes and staining them with makeup because they are white. I found these Clean Skin Club disposable wash clothes and LOVE THEM! They are actually better for your face as they don’t have chemicals from the wash. Really awesome for traveling and I don’t have a whole load of wash cloths to wash at the end of the week. Once you try these you’ll never go back…

I truly hope you’ve found something to pamper yourself with or have been able to cross off a few gifts from your Christmas list! I’d love to know your beauty recommendations! I’m always up to try new things in the world of beauty.
