I grew up on pizza, chicken nuggets, soda, Little Debbie's and Kool-Aid. However, as I entered into adulthood and the internet became a thing we could carry in our pockets, I began a journey of educating myself about how the health benefits of eating clean and exercising can positively benefit the body and increase life span. I became incredibly intrigued with how much this can increase my quality of life and have been soaking in as much as I can and making major lifestyle changes to be healthy. I'm basically relearning what to put in my body and how to care for it. I am striving to live the healthiest life I can and it would be my honor to share my journey with you!
