Welcome to my morning drink routine! I drink a lot of water throughout the day, but I really like these beauty powders as an addition to my routine. I’ll include links to where I found my information so you can read even MORE about these amazing ingredients!

Slay All Day: Less Stress, More Hustle

This beauty mix has a very light flavor and you can definitely taste the pineapple, but it’s not too overpowering. I definitely wouldn’t describe it as tasting bad, but I’m one of those people that will eat or drink anything, regardless of taste, if it’s good for me. I mean, if I wanted something yummy, I’d go eat a cupcake. Don’t let that scare you. This really doesn’t taste bad.

Pineapples are delicious, low in calories and loaded with nutrients and antioxidants. This beauty mix has 7 super greens plus ginger and it’s honestly my favorite one. It tastes very lemonade with a touch of green. I like it the best and definitely enjoy drinking it.

This drink mix is quite tasty and like drinking it at night when I’m winding down from the day.

Sea Glow: Radiance Drink

While this one is my least favorite as far as taste goes, it’s still not terrible. I like the supplements and rotating it with the other beauty powders.

Vitamin C is a water soluble vitamin that must be obtained from the diet or supplements. It has been linked to many impressive health benefits, such as boosting antioxidant levels, lowering blood pressure, protecting against gout attacks, improving iron absorption, boosting immunity, and reducing heart disease and dementia risk. Overall, vitamin C supplements are a great and simple way to boost your vitamin C intake if you struggle to get enough from your diet.

Sea mineral complex – Research has proven that deep sea water can help overcome health problems especially related to lifestyle-associated diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, cancer, and skin problems.

Rose hips – Rose hips may help prevent skin aging, reduce osteoarthritis pain, and aid weight loss and heart health. However, more research is needed.

Aloe – There are many digestive benefits and can lower blood sugar levels.
