Hello, my cu-teas (ok I’ll try to stop). I love my tea station so much I decided to gush about it here.

Something you should know about me; I don’t like coffee. I know, I’ve tried. It’s just too bitter and the aftertaste is just yuck. I REALLY wanted to be that person that enjoyed a good cup of Joe, especially on cold mornings. So, believe me when I say I tried. I really did! I’m naturally cold so I needed a warm drink in my life.

In 2019, I was introduced to chai lattes. Since then, I’ve had my warm, caffeinated, morning drink. Since then, I’ve been exploring teas and have discovered several that I enjoy. Since I now must have a tea each morning, and driving to Starbucks each morning is not something I’m willing to do or pay for, I decided I needed a tea station and kinda went all out!

This tea bag dispenser and spoon with matching rest by Mud Pie makes me smile big each morning when I make my tea.

This Tea Drawer really keeps things organized and the adorableness is just as added bonus.

Can we talk about this tea kettle? I struggled hard between a traditional one for the stove and an electric one. At the end, the traditional, non-electric kettle won out for the following reasons:

  • I didn’t have a lot of room on the counter where I made the tea station.
  • The non-electric was about a billion times cuter than the electric.
  • Time for the water to boil vs an electric kettle wasn’t major… I don’t mind waiting an extra five minutes while I do other things around the kitchen.
  • This one whistles just like in the cartoons I watched growing up and I just like that idea.
  • I can leave this on my stove all year round and it looks amazing. I just love the way it makes my stove look. I keep it just like the photo above when not in use and can still cook and do what I need to do. It’s not in the way.

Are these reasons even legit? No, but they are my reasons. Alternatively, this electric one was the top contender and I would have bought it had I chosen to go with an electric kettle (hint: buy it used).

I’ll likely never use these hubby wifey mugs, but I just couldn’t resist adding them as a little extra something to make my heart smile.

Speaking of things used solely for aesthetic purposes, these tulips and milk can vase gave this project the perfect pop of color I was hoping to achieve.

Do you love the tray? It was more difficult than you would think to find one this large, but I’m super happy with it and think it sets this farmhouse tea station look off perfectly!

See that gorgeous white electric machine on the right? It’s my milk frother and it works like a dream (see photo below). I even steam in some cinnamon for my chai just like Starbucks. #hearteyes! Yes… this makes me officially bougie and I’m actually very okay with that.

So… I didn’t own mugs. I didn’t drink coffee, remember? I MAY have order two or eight that were so adorable, I just couldn’t pass up. This goal digger mug gave me major heart eyes, so add to cart it went. Also, it’s larger than the normal 12 oz mugs, which was a must have for me.

BONUS: I have to show off these these llama salt and pepper shakers because they’re basically the cutest thing I own. If you like owls, I got these owl salt and pepper shakers for my grandmother and almost kept them because they are equally as cute.

So I’ve mentioned chai and few times and you need this chai in your life. You’re welcome.

Since I’m still on my tea journey, I’d love to hear your favorites below! And remember, you’re brewtiful (I really just can’t help myself).

Enjoying my first cup of tea from my tea station.
